What are you eating? Diet Log

When starting with Nutritional Counseling, one of the first things to look at is what you are currently eating.  We have provided a Diet Log below for you to get started.  So, record everything that you eat and drink.  Be as specific as possible to size/amount of portion.  Indicate how hungry you were and what you were doing while eating (watching TV, driving, standing, talking, etc).
